Brilliance Publishing is looking for an exceptionally bright, well-organized, and self-motivated Office Coordinator to support our business. In this role, you will be supporting senior leaders across the business with administrative support, lead office procurement and coordinate events site wide. Another primary role will be working with our Casting Department to assist in coordinating travel and effective communications with our outside talent.
The Office Coordinator will be relied on to have extreme attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. In this role you will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, as you represent Brilliance Publishing with contractors, vendors, Amazon Corporate contacts and service vendors. The successful candidate will possess the ability to balance multiple projects, complete complex tasks independently and react with appropriate urgency when required.

Tasks/Responsibilities
• Coordinate and book travel arrangements for internal and external partners.
• Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support senior leaders
• Lead procurement efforts including optimizing spending for office supplies, operations department, printer supplies, meetings, event materials and any other items
• Provide administrative services to senior leaders including research, meeting coordination, assisting in project management of trade shows, community events, department activities, site wide events and other related assignments.
• Lead or assist internal groups for employee engagement and communication efforts such as our newsletter, activities, wellness or safety teams.
• Have fun at work and help others do the same

We are looking for a talented, customer-focused production designer to join our digital design team. In this role, you will be creating a variety of digital assets used to engage and attract customers on Amazon.com. Your work will be seen by millions of people each day across Amazon’s homepage, product detail pages, email, and hand held devices. The ideal candidate has a varied portfolio spanning personal projects and professional-level work that reflects a strong individual sense of aesthetics and an ability to conceptualize stylish, elevated ideas. Your primary focus will be to create elegant, on-brand designs that provide a superior retail experience while working in close collaboration with art directors, UX designers, site merchandizers, product management, business teams, and designers across international locations.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic, works well under pressure, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, digital expertise, intrinsic design abilities, typographic skills, and acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to Customer Obsession as it relates to the creation of product for our customers. Employees are expected to be proficient in Shipping, Material Handling, Returns, and Production. Strict adherence to the safety, quality, and production standards is expected. Adaptability and flexibility in work assignments and a focus on doing whatever is necessary to satisfy the customer are key components for this role.

The regular hours (subject to change) for this position are Monday through Friday 3:15-11:45pm OR Monday through Friday 1:15 - 9:45 PM. We allow our employees to select which shift they would like to work on. This includes two, ten minute breaks and an unpaid 30 minute lunch.
