    As a Sr. Product Manager - Tech , you will be responsible for defining and building the core products that support our ad-supported video-on-demand services (AVOD). You will scope on new opportunities to streamline operations and tech design to help scale the product and improve the ad-viewing Customer experience. You will also be responsible for building products that will empower Amazon Video providers worldwide, ranging from independent filmmakers to large studios such as Walt Disney Studios and Warner Bros. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, operations, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow new business opportunities.

    A successful candidate will be able to articulate and drive a strategic vision, work cross-functionally across key stakeholders, and partner with dedicated engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that grow selection for Amazon Video customers. He or she will have a consistent track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This leader must have strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others, passion for digital video, and strong cross-functional leadership.


    Basic Qualifications

    • 6+ years of experience operating, managing, and delivering results in a consumer facing online retail/services/platform product management role
    • Demonstrated strength in building trust and driving alignment across a diverse, matrixed set of stakeholders.
    • Proven success in delivering online products and services in a high growth environment
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to influence others
    • Experience working in an inter-disciplinary design and product development team.
    • Bachelor’s degree required

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with digital video products and/or technologies
