At Amazon Web Services (AWS) in NYC, we’re looking for a Head of Sales Enablement to join a team whose primary focus is to work with customers who are looking to expand their revenue streams leveraging the benefits of the cloud. Ideal candidates have an entrepreneurial spirit, and have experience in marketplace businesses.
Ideal candidates need to think strategically about ways to leverage the scale of a large sales organization, build KPIs and sales incentive programs, and present in one-to-one and one-to-many formats.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Product Design/Development, or related field
10+ years experience in a sales, business development or sales operations team for a large-scale ($100M+) technology business
5+ years experience managing customer pipelines, revenue growth and sales performance metrics, as well as go-to-market strategies
Strong communication and presentation skills
MBA a plus
Experience with data licensing
Have built a business from scratch a plus
Able to communicate effectively with dozens of stakeholders, and synthesize their needs to engineering, product, legal, and finance teams
