    Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the leading cloud provider, providing virtualized infrastructure, storage, networking, messaging, and many other services to customers all over the world. AWS runs a globally distributed environment, operating at massive levels AWS’s multi-tenant infrastructure. Governmental organizations are also looking to and depending on AWS for cloud solutions and services. The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Supply Chain Management team is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain automation for the AWS Data Centers.

    The teams you'll be leading own software that automate end-to-end execution of supply chain decisions, providing the interface from planning systems to real-world execution systems.

    As a Sr. Manager, you will own the end-to-end product life-cycle and engineering for the above mentioned areas.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Strong Computer Science fundamentals in OOD, algorithm design, data structures, problem solving, and complexity analysis
    • 10+ years professional experience in building successful production software systems
    • 5+ years of experience managing multiple software development teams (managing managers)
    • Experience in Dev Ops, Software Pipelines, CI, automation, quality and testing
    • Able to operate and scale across four or more teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Technology preferred
    • Ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization
    • Exceptional analytics skills
    • Knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations
    • Product management experience, with exposure to PLM and BOM
    • Exhibits excellent business judgment
