The Amazon Candidate Connection Services (ACCS) team is one branch of the Global Workforce Staffing Organization. ACCS provides email, chat and phone support to High Volume Hiring (HVH) candidates. This customer service for candidates removes technical barriers in the hiring process, relieving local HR and Staffing teams from providing Tier 1 candidate support, standardizes candidate messaging, and collects actionable data on candidate issues.
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to support the ACCS team during a period of fast-paced expansion. Over the next 12 months we expect to expand to at least 3 different countries/languages, increase services offered and support additional customer fulfillment operations.
Successful candidates will be natural self-starters who are comfortable leading large, ambiguous projects.
EXAMPLE AREAS OF OWNERSHIP - Global Finances: monitoring budgets, creating POs, managing invoices, etc. - Contact Us Widget: making necessary updates to improve candidate experience - GEMBA: build a global GEMBA process utilized by both internal and external team members - Executive Summary: build standard reporting/communication for our stakeholders - Launch Project Plans: build and manage launch project plans for future expansions globally
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or two+ years of Amazon work experience - Ability to travel up to 50% - Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams - 5+ years of experiences in complex project management, budgets and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation - Work independently in a fast-paces and rapidly changing environment - Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft office products - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Customer Service Center Experience - GEMBA/ACES/Kaizen Experience - Highly effective in ambiguous situations - Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround - Ability to take on increased responsibilities as the position advances - PMP Certification or similar - Strong organizational and communication skills, problem solving skills, and team-orientated philosophy
