    You must be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting large, complex cross functional projects. You must have a true hands-on approach, strong project management skills, and be an effective communicator. This position involves regular communication with senior management.

    In order to be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable interfacing with and driving various teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.

    Key Job Responsibilities:
    • Be comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading
    • Manage several competing priorities ensuring critical projects remain visible to all stakeholders while maintaining a plan for less urgent matters
    • Dive deep into various work streams
    • Write and review business cases using information acquired from various stakeholders
    • Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality

    Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Exceptional organization skills and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze and problem-solve
    • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills
    • Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Aviation safety and leading flight operations
    • Holds an MBA or relevant graduate degree
    • Holds an FAR Part 61 certification
    • Holds an FAR Part 107 certification
