The AGS Marketing team is seeking a talented Marketing Production Specialist to work alongside our studio development teams, franchise/brand owners, and performance marketing team to ensure our digital assets are delivered on time and to the highest quality. You will have responsibility for the asset roadmap, intake and prioritization process, creation of digital marketing assets and screenshots, and drive coordination across multiple teams within Amazon Game Studios. Success in this role requires displaying a strong sense of design, from wireframes and mockups to final delivery. You’ll need to be able to work on tight deadlines, sometimes with high degrees of ambiguity. Most important is to bring fresh design aesthetic and passion for pushing the state of the art in asset fidelity and production techniques.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop, manage, and own marketing asset roadmap for New World.
    • Create assets for game/app storefronts, paid ads, email, social media, PR, web/mobile landing pages, and in-game campaigns.
    • Audit existing assets and highlight areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Work with other teams throughout the business to determine asset creation best practice.
    • Boost and facilitate cross team communication as it relates to creative assets.
    • Act as a liaison for sharing knowledge and information about digital creative.


    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, game design, or similar.
    • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and copywriting.
    • 1+ years of experience creating high quality assets for games from AAA to mobile, on brief, and on time.
    • 1+ years experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in an art asset management/feature ownership position.
    • Understanding of effective asset creation and optimizing for conversion, including CTAs, composition, and asset type.
    • Ability to effectively collaborate with studio development partners to best represent the brand/product.
    • Worked in a high volume digital marketing organization supporting multiple games.
    • Deep understanding of consumer market trends.
    • Developed assets for the newest digital/social platforms and creative units.
    • Knowledge and/or experience with Physically Based Rendering (PBR)
    • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Love playing games.
    • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role.
    • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.
