    The AWS Website Engineering team owns the full stack of the AWS Website (aws.amazon.com) and drives innovation on the set of pages that represents the main source of knowledge for AWS. The vast majority of the project the team works on are based on native AWS solutions and services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, CloudFront, Kinesis. The team enables hundreds of product managers to successfully push content to our customers and delivers high quality content to our customers worldwide.
    As system development engineer of the Website team, you’ll be responsible for owning, automating, and improving the deployment processes for https://aws.amazon.com/ and sibling websites. You will closely interact with other senior engineers and serve as as the subject matter aspect on the topic of system engineering for the organization.

    You will work on critical projects that significantly contribute to the significant growth of AWS. You will make a huge, measurable impact to the AWS Website, and build and innovate solutions that are simple and easy to maintain and scale. You will help the team in reducing the time to deploy of new software products and versions.




    Basic Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
    • 5+ years of experience in system development
    • This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
