    We are looking for a Technical Program Manager; someone capable of managing projects across the mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, materials, and manufacturing engineering realms.

    The ideal candidate will help the team in the following ways:
    • Develop joint system-level maturation timelines and tease out critical milestones
    • Encourage continual improvements in scheduling approach and planning
    • Work across our vendor base and their suppliers to ensure we adhere to schedule
    • Find create technical approaches to encourage frugality and to invent and simplify

    Basic Qualifications

    • B.S. in an engineering or related technical field
    • 5+ years’ work experience (or equivalent educational experience) in Consumer Electronics, Power Electronics, Aerospace, Automotive, and/or Medical field or combination thereof
    • 5+ years’ experience in project management of hardware and/or structures development from concept to serial production.
    • Experience with product life-cycle management and engineering change control processes and tools
    • Experience in project management in more than one of the following areas – mechanical, structures, electrical, power electronics, electromechanical, materials/process, or manufacturing.
    • Experience in certifying new products (FAA, Medical, UL, EC Directives, ANSI, ISO, or similar)
    • Experience with project planning software
    • Experience with project budget planning

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 10 years’ experience in hardware/structures development in aforementioned fields
    • Experience with electric drivetrains, propulsion systems, and power electronics
    • Experience with project management for composite manufacturing
    • Experience in engineering documentation (electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, requirements documentation, interface control)
    • Manufacturing documentation development experience
    • International manufacturing experience
