    Amazon Publishing (APub) is a full-service publishing house, working closely with Amazon’s Kindle and retail books teams to invent new and better ways to connect authors and readers. Our catalogue includes international best sellers, debut fiction, and award-winning reads for kids of all ages. Our goal is to bring outstanding books to a global audience.
    Amazon Publishing is looking for a meticulous, data-driven marketing associate to join our exciting and fast-paced team. This role will execute detail-oriented campaigns and tasks within the marketing team and will provide reporting on performance-based, established benchmark metrics. This candidate must strive for operational excellence, with an ability to deliver high-quality results with a strong bias towards execution, earns trust and great communication skills. This is a multi-faceted job in a start-up environment. Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a passion to learn and be curious are a must.
    Primary Responsibilities
    • Independently execute marketing campaigns (merchandising, digital and social media levers, etc.) and changes with a high-level of accuracy to minimize customer and author-facing errors.
    • Create and execute sending Marketing Guides with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Run and maintain ongoing giveaway campaigns on Amazon and Goodreads
    • Create and send proof-of performance packets to authors detailing their title marketing
    • Field and manage author/agent questions with attention to detail
    • Asset management around link creation, uploading videos and creative assets to cloud and detail pages

    Basic Qualifications

    • BA/BS required
    • Extremely high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
    • Knowledge of and experience using Excel

    • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
    • Analytical skills and the ability to use data to measure results
    • Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to manage ambiguity
