    The Role:

    As a Sr. Operations Program Manager you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to develop and deliver innovative consumer products and offerings. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

    The Operations group is looking for an individual who wants to work on execution and process development to support customers with a growing portfolio of products. We are a critical part of the Returns Supply Chain. We ensure successful fulfillment for program launches, grow the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drive continuous improvement for the company. In this role, you will:
    • Lead end to end business and technical programs
    • Lead and deliver results on projects involving teams across the company
    • Work with stakeholders in business and system teams to define business requirements
    • Understand current system capabilities and limitations
    • Identify problems and explore solutions to current processes and systems
    • Coordinate with cross functional teams to implementation
    • Drive continuous improvement
    • Must be able to travel globally up to 25% per year

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
    • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
    • 6+ years of experience in product or process definition, having taken a product or process from concept to execution
    • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing for a hardware device company

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proven ability to influence peers and cross-functional teams, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships
    • Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems
    • Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
    • Experience with operations and logistics processes, accounting and finance process, and leading organizational change.
