The Worldwide Solutions Architecture team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the efforts around measuring Solutions Architecture productivity globally. Key areas of focus include: building models to approximate headcount growth, defining and measuring productivity and any associated tools and processes, and developing monthly business insights around headcount and productivity.
We are looking for a candidate who will have the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and have a passion for inventing and simplifying. Less is more in this case, but we are building the foundation to assist the scale out of the Solutions Architecture function. This position requires strong business judgment, problem solving and excellent communication skills. A track record of delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment is a must. Being self-driven, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities is a key to success. Roles and Responsibilities · Work closely with WW Operations Lead to drive and facilitate the strategic planning process around headcount growth, allocation and management. · Own, define and manage how we think about productivity and all associated metrics. · Program manage the tools and processes necessary for measuring productivity. · Partner with Global Business Operations to identify areas of investment in automation as a means to increase productivity. · Create a global virtual team to get feedback on how to improve the productivity of the Solutions Architecture function.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications · 7+ years relevant work experience in program/project management in a high-tech environment · Capability to plan and set priorities, identify and resolve problems and produce measurable results · Ability to perform business analysis and the desire to improve business processes · Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
· MBA preferred · International experience and/or experience managing global programs · Experience using data visualization technologies to help drive business insights
· Six sigma background and/or certification
