    You are a Game Hub Designer who deeply understands the gamer as a customer. You frequently crit on understanding gamers across the spectrum, creating comprehensive and gorgeous design approaches, and crafting high-quality design work. Your work here helps customers discover and purchase Amazon Games Studios games and products.

    • Craft immersive, interactive designs from initial strategy discussions to final high-fidelity comps and detailed design system docs
    • Design new solutions while planning and strategizing for the direction of future iterations
    • Prototype, test, validate, socialize, push, refine, get it out to customers, measure, and repeat
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, design cohorts, marketing, business development, and our kickass dev team to bring your work to life

    Basic Qualifications

    • BA or equivalent experience in graphic design, interactive design or similar
    • 5+ years of experience in UX, rich media or interactive design

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Deep experience with video games and the worldwide video game community
    • Experience localizing creative and launching multi-national products
    • Expert level experience with all the standard tools
    • Able to develop compelling creative concepts based on strategic marketing input and present ideas to senior management
    • Strong project management skills and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Obsessive attention to detail
    • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role.
    • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.
