    Amazon Prime is looking for an analytical, results-oriented, self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the WW Prime Member Growth team. The Prime Member growth team’s vision is to make all consumers across the globe Prime members by creating awareness of the power of Prime, encouraging customers to experience Prime, and targeting customers with the best on-ramps.
    This SFA will play a key role on key strategic initiatives to continue to drive growth in Prime members globally. The person will produce and drive analysis to uncover gaps in our product offerings to customers, work with the Member Growth team leadership to ensure the team is focusing on the right strategic initiatives, collaborate with international teams on regional analysis, and analyze and monitor efficiency of Prime acquisition channels. An ideal candidate will have a proven ability in providing data-based decision making and analysis as well as thinking strategically in a fast-changing environment. Additional responsibilities include business and financial forecasting, monitoring of success metrics, and ad hoc financial support.
    Responsibilities include:

    • Creating, improving, and maintaining financial models to evaluate acquisition programs
    • Gathering analytical insights and develop financial frameworks to help grow Prime acquisition efficiently and in a cost effective manner
    • Completing cost / benefit analysis and communicate key drivers / inputs to support business decisions.
    • Partner with Directors and Senior Managers to drive strategic initiatives and long term success
    • Creating, improving, and maintaining business/financial metrics, reports and acquisition scorecards for offsite marketing
    • Communicating financial and business results including variance analyses to senior business leaders

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, engineering or related field
    • 5+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility

    Preferred Qualifications

    • MBA Preferred
    • Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software
    • 4+ years’ experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools
    • 4+ years’ experience with Excel advanced functions (index, conditional list, pivots, lookups, and data tables)
    • Knowledge of SQL
    • Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
