    Are you interested in being part of a high visibility, Operations team focused on driving continuous improvement throughout an entire fulfillment operation? The Fabric Operations team manages the end-to-end fulfilment operations for Fabric.com. We are looking for a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. You’ll help us analyze large amounts of data, discover and solve real world problems, and own and deliver improved operational processes. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, love owning projects end to end and a passion for process improvement. The Project Manager will drive and invent and simplify strategy, will have high work capacity while being detailed oriented and agile to manage business changes and keep driving the initiatives. This individual needs to be comfortable interfacing and driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization in order to be successful.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Access and other data management systems.
    • Monitoring existent metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
    • Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
    • Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation.
    • Driving medium to large operational enhancement projects.
    • Propose, implement and oversee continuous improvement projects across operations
    • Assist in prioritizing ICQA labor management
    • Set long term goals for ICQA in conjunction with Ops manager
    • Provide and report on inventory quality metrics across operations, including WBR and MBR
    • Liaison between IT and Ops to prioritize IT requests
    • Deep dive operations issues as they arise and provide support as necessary while escalating to appropriate teams for long term enhancements
    • Manage continuous improvement team
    • Lead overall end-to-end project delivery including creating plans, communicating with senior leadership, and communicating to the operations team.
    • Evaluate and simplify current working procedures and improve organization team structure.
    • Deep dive on technical details and lead problem resolution on a need basis.
    • Communicate project status, drive and elevate decision making and help requests.
    • Lead critical path schedule items and escalate to leadership on potential risks and delays.
    • Coordinate information between various teams in the organization.
    • Own and develop technology innovations and solutions on a need basis.
    • Work as a liaison between IT and Operations teams from project start to end.
    • Ability to understand Operational processes.

    Basic Qualifications

    3+ years of relevant professional experience in Operation or Supply Chain
    Strong Excel Skills
    Experience with Access, SQL, Perl or other scripting languages
    Experience leading to medium to large sized projects.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business areas
    Working knowledge of LEAN and SIX SIGMA methodologies or experience with online retail operations a plus
    Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities.
    Experience managing and directing labor based on business needs
    Strong abilities in using data to drive processes.
