Want to rethink how people discover what videos to watch? The Prime Video personalization team is seeking an experienced product leader who can help us build the most enjoyable and personalized discovery experience for video.
Prime Video is changing the way millions of people interact with video content, such as TV Shows, Movies, Live Sports, and more in over 200 countries and territories. As part of the Prime Video personalization team, you will be responsible for thinking beyond common industry engagement success metrics like ‘daily active users’ and ‘average time spent’ to partner with our UX research and data science teams to develop new methods to measure customer satisfaction. Leveraging these customer experience metrics, you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision and product roadmap of new features, systems, and datasets with the goal of making Prime Video what customers perceive as the best place to watch video.
As a Principal Product Manager for the Prime Video personalization team, you will also be a key contributor in defining the overall PV personalization product roadmap. You will participate in developing its strategy and vision, and will define and manage product roadmaps for one or more engineering teams. This role is inherently cross-functional. You will work closely with engineering, user research, data science, applied science, design, program management, legal, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products and features to market to enhance our customer experience.
