We are seeking a bright and motivated Associate Contracts Manager to join our dynamic Original Content legal group - someone who has the uncanny ability to always know where they are needed, can identify and implement process improvements, and can work cross-functionally across a mix of teams with varying level of experience negotiating contracts. This is a great opportunity to be a pivotal part of our legal team.


  • reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements such as nondisclosure agreements, service agreements and content license agreements
  • coordinating execution of agreements through Docusign
  • matter tracking
  • group calendar management
  • managing discrete projects

The successful candidate will possess the ability to:
  • complete high volumes of tasks and projects quickly with little guidance
  • react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
  • take effective action without having to know the total picture
  • solve problems that affect people within the group or other related groups

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of paralegal, procurement, contracts manager or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • In-house legal experience a plus
  • 2+ years of experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
