Audible – an Amazon company is looking for a Program Management Director to support the development and launch of major new marketing campaigns into the marketplace.   • Serve as the team leader for project management of creative asset development, media campaign launches and other marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and track diverse and complex projects that include close coordination of internal teams and external agencies.
  • Develop milestones and schedules for projects, ensuring project team and stakeholder alignment; manage to, and deliver on, agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Understand and identify key inter-dependencies and critical path tasks, as well as anticipate potential issues.
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline processes in order to drive results faster, more efficiently, and with greater impact.
  • Develop methodologies that can scale and be repeatable.
  • Identify success metrics and tracking dashboards to evaluate progress and highlight areas for further optimization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Deep project management skills including 3-5 years leading and establishing successful project management teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Knows project management principles, processes and software.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Able to identify and define re-engineering opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented but with an ability to shift to higher level thinking that can span across projects covering the entire organization.
  • Experience managing the development of a broad range of creative areas in support of diverse media and marketing channels (e.g., video, digital, print, events).
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional areas.
  • 5+ years working in media, customer acquisition, or ad agency environment. Can be from either an agency or client-side background.
  • Experience with a broad range of marketing programs.
  • Strong written & oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be very adept at written communications ranging from long form documents to slide presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
