We are looking for an organized self-starter who will concept, build, and execute frequent campaign launches across multiple languages and devices. You will work closely with internal teams and cross-functional areas including marketing, product management, customer experience, and design, to launch marketing initiatives for the international customer. The ideal candidate has a passion for content creation, data analysis, continuous experimentation and optimization, and inventing new processes that can scale globally.

Responsibilities
  • Create and schedule individual merchandising campaigns on amazon.com across multiple languages and devices, with regular new content launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal events.
  • Optimize on-site campaigns, messaging, and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, while delivering in-depth tracking and reporting.
  • Perform continuous tests (e.g. A/B, Multivariate) to improve campaign performance across digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities for content efficiency and automation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Design, Business Development, and Customer Experience teams to define and deliver campaigns across all channels.
  • Manage email traffic channel for international customers.
  • Develop messaging, content, and segmentation strategies that increase customer engagement.
  • Initiate copy development and work with various teams and tools to translate content into languages for our global customers.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to improve the global customer experience, and work with cross-functional team members to execute those strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree is required
  • 4-6 years’ experience working in content production, design production, design program management, product management, marketing or e-commerce merchandising
  • Track record of cross-functional team leadership and ability to influence
  • Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience in driving and owning QA/QC of content
  • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building products and content for a variety of channels (web vs app, mobile vs PC)
  • Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the internet shopper
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience executing marketing emails with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance
  • XML/HTML skills: no need to hand-code, but you can troubleshoot
  • Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools. Ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Ability to analyze data quantitatively and use customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify opportunities, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience performing A/B or Multivariate testing
