We are looking for a Program manager for the AWS IT Security Operations team who thrives on understanding the complexity of our systems. You need to be able to plan and coordinate complex discussions between our team, our dependencies, and our clients, internal and external. You bring a refined set of soft skills when presenting our message. Your strong project management skills will be utilized to help deliver critical projects that improve security operations within AWS.

The successful candidate is a PM who understands and sets a high bar for all parts of project management. They must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment. They need to really enjoy working with their customers and peers, and help plan and deliver results that matter for the business. The successful candidate is not one that drives Microsoft project, but helps define all the entries on a project plan, and makes sure that all the pieces are aligned in a complex environment.

We're looking for someone who is smart and can get things done.

This position requires the applicant selected to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility and access. A US Government administered polygraph examination will be required. TS/SCI eligibility is not required to start; however, the applicant selected will be subject to a Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified national security information. Applicants with a current SSBI, SBPR, or PPR, may be eligible for crossover in accordance with ICPG 704.4.

Basic Qualifications

· Experience in organizing projects and delivering on schedule
· Experience in building and leading the management of complex systems and campaigns
· Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and customers
· Excellent project management and resource planning skills
· Ability to define and articulate a strategic vision for the business
