• Develop processes and supporting templates to facilitate the identification and documentation of all related business use cases and requirements.
• Assist teams with the identification of the desired resulting business process and outcomes.
• Coordinate the review of all business requirements with technical resources and assist with the review of the proposed solution to ensure all requirements have been properly addressed.
• Assist with the prioritization of functionality and project scope.
• Assist project team members with identification of and writing test cases to capture the full reach of the requirements.
• Look around corners to help team members think differently when identifing less visible test cases, as well as how to identify edge cases that can verify functionality.
• Participate heavily in test case tracking, execution, bug reporting, and sign off.
• Coordinate the creation of Standard Operating Procedures and documentation of resulting business processes.
• Assist with the definition and oversight of training on new features and solutions according to the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Assist with the definition of the launch plan, with communication of changes to impacted teams, and coordinate post launch tasks such as training and bug fixes.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience defining use cases and business requirements for a minimum of 3 major / complex projects
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with documenting and executing tests cases for major project launches
• Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office products including Work, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple business disciplines
• Four year college degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with writing use cases, project requirements, and quality assurance test cases.
• Experience with project tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Team Foundation Server, and/or Asana.
• Knowledge or awareness of project management best practices in defining, executing, and launching new functionality and projects.
• Experience with quality assurance testing best practices, text case execution, bug reporting, and achieving success test results and business sign off.
• Proven ability to work on a variety of projects with teams throughout the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience teaching and guiding business partners through all steps in the project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand business processes across all business disciplines, as well as connect interdependencies to understand the organizational level process flow.
• Hands on experience with project launch planning, launch, and post launch support (bug identification/tracking, user training, standard operating procedure updates, etc.)
