We’re looking for candidates that frequently crit on understanding gamers across the spectrum, creating comprehensive, interactive, customer-focused and most of all gorgeous design approaches, and who craft high-quality work that help customers discover the benefits of Twitch Prime.

As a Designer / Art Director at Twitch Prime, you wield an impressive array of creative disciplines, get things done, and are fun to work with.

  • Design immersive digital, social, and traditional advertising and brand experiences
  • Co-author a toolbox of style and brand guides
  • Participate in analyzing customer data to set best practices and optimize advertising campaigns for brand awareness and conversion
  • Bring big ideas to life through ideation and creation from low-fi prototypes to production-fidelity
  • Present creative work to internal stakeholders, marketing managers and senior management
  • Additional creative stuff as needs present themselves (it’s usually t-shirts or business cards, we all pitch in)

Basic Qualifications

  • BA or equivalent experience in graphic design, interactive design or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in rich media and interactive design
  • Expert level experience with all the standard tools
  • Able to develop compelling creative concepts based on strategic marketing input and present ideas to senior management
  • Strong project management skills and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience with video games and the worldwide video game community
  • Experience localizing creative and launching multi-national products
  • Experience creating non-digital products (we &lt3 makers)
  • Fluent in a second language besides English, a plus!
