This role will be based in Seattle and will include travel.


· Help to execute real estate playbook end-to-end while obtaining cross-functional alignment from the various stakeholders on the strategic real estate decisions
· Develop strong relationships with key landlords, developers, and brokers, while effectively communicating with and managing expectations of external business partners
· Consistently deliver results on negotiations while ensuring the business obtains terms are aligned with our requirements
· Coordinate with local real estate brokers on search criteria, potential opportunities, negotiations, and execution for new store locations
· Demonstrate ability to think strategically and use creativity to execute on our strategic plan by eliminating roadblocks and/or maximizing efficiency
· Constantly challenge practices to insure the team is consistently raising the bar on its performance
· Work closely with various internal stakeholder to ensure business groups are set up for success
· Coordinate resources to support due diligence evaluation of new opportunities and create Real Estate Committee (REC) materials for new locations to present for approval
· Conduct field tours with key stakeholders of potential locations that align with site selection recommendations
· Manage a robust pipeline of LOI and lease negotiations simultaneously
· Coordinate resources to support due diligence evaluation of new opportunities
· Engage with leadership and Real Estate Committee to present potential locations for discussion and approval
· Collaborate with design and construction team to ensure successful store launch from the inception through full development cycle
· Manage a high volume project flow and robust pipeline of LOI and lease negotiations

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related experience, including retail real estate experience.
  • 6+ years' progressive experience in real estate planning, lease administration, financial analysis, and transaction management; including active involvement in real estate acquisition/disposition/leasing. Experience in managing third-party service providers, including brokers and outside legal counsel
  • BA or BS degree required
  • Experience with analytical software tools such as Excel
  • Ability to influence cross-organizational and cross-functional teams, including a demonstrated ability to work at all organizational levels and with outside professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and successfully execute tactics
  • Effective resource management and project management skills
  • Ability to travel frequently
