As the Store Performance Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams to deliver store performance tools and processes that help scale and facilitate operations for Amazon Books. You will apply your deep analytic and business intelligence skill to extract meaningful insight and learning from large, complicated and frequently messy data sets. You will simultaneously build scrappy BI, reporting, and audit tools while articulating and driving a vision for a best-in-class store performance managment toolset.
In this high profile role, you will collaborate with numerous operational and business teams to identify, define, and implement solutions to facilitate store management success. You will build harmonious relationships with corporate and field partners, working closely with them to invent and execute a robust store performance project roadmap. You will also prepare and present regular program updates to senior management. This opportunity requires excellent program management, creative problem-solving and effective communication skills.
