Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced leader for our AWS Partner Systems team. This role is responsible for the overall product vision and leadership of the teams that build products used by our partners to conduct business with AWS: Partner Central (APN Portal), Partner Solution Finder, Quick Start, and several other internal systems.

The AWS Partner Systems team has developed a number of products and solutions that serve the needs of our AWS partner ecosystem. We are looking for a talented and seasoned leader to bring these products to the next level, plus grow and refine the team so that we can scale for the future. You will own solution and product development roadmaps across a number of teams, and will be expected to introduce new ideas and innovations that positively impact the AWS partner ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role that will interact with all levels of the AWS business.
You must be highly passionate about the potential of cloud computing, building the world's best partner ecosystem, and delivering high quality products. Given the rapid growth and changing characteristics of the AWS partner ecosystem, you must have a proven track record of taking calculated risks and introducing forward-thinking initiatives.
Experience leading software development teams, in addition to product and program teams, is required. You must be able to effectively engage at the C-level with AWS partners, plus work at senior levels with AWS product, sales, marketing and training teams. Experience working in an alliances organization is preferred.
