Job Description

As the team grows and moves towards automation and a self service model for supporting our customers, this is a great opportunity to get in early and be part of defining how this team will operate. This is a role with high visibility across the entire Ad Org.

You have excellent writing skills and an ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders. Above all, you feel strongly about protecting customers.
