Amazon's Ad Products organization builds advertising experiences that range from custom placements on Amazon, to our Mobile Ad Network, to the Kindle with Special Offers, and a whole lot more. We are constantly improving these products and building new ones to drive relevant advertising experiences for our customers through social media, apps, and websites. At the same time, we obsess about customer trust and ensure that we build products in a manner that maintains our high bar for customer privacy. We drive the overall direction, coordination, and support for Customer Trust related issues across the Ad platform in areas such as privacy, ad notice and disclosure, data sharing, security, compliance and data leakage. As the team grows and moves towards automation and a self service model for supporting our customers, this is a great opportunity to get in early and be part of defining how this team will operate. This is a role with high visibility across the entire Ad Org.
About you: You are either already a Program Manager or aspiring to be one and have the ability to organize groups of people, facilitate discussions and drive for outcomes. You have project management skills that include planning, scheduling and reporting with the ability to manage customers and stakeholder expectations. You enjoy liaising with a wide variety of professionals across various fields including legal, public relations, sales, marketing, engineering and product. You have excellent writing skills and an ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders. Above all, you feel strongly about protecting customers.
