Shopbop | East Dane, the leading online boutique for women’s and men’s fashion and an Amazon subsidiary, is looking for a detail orientated, analytical CRM Marketing Analyst to support and further develop the global Loyalty program and other retention marketing programs, provide customer analytics and reporting, and assist with other direct to consumer initiatives.

This person will provide technical, operational, and analytical support for the CRM marketing team to manage current programs, launch new initiatives, and deliver consumers insights throughout the organization. The successful candidate will be very analytical, self-starting, flexible, and reliable, with a minimum of one year of prior experience in direct to consumer marketing, Loyalty, segmentation, or another related field.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Maintain the Loyalty program calendar and liaise with cross functional teams (Creative, Email, Planning) to ensure Loyalty promotions, messages, and events are executed in a timely fashion.
  • Own regular performance reporting for the Loyalty program and support ad-hoc data requests.
  • Support ongoing improvement and roadmap planning for the Loyalty program.
  • Partner with the technology team to develop an improved process for marketing via push notification.
  • Own regular performance reporting for the push notification channel and support ad-hoc data requests.
  • Support package inserts, direct mail, and other direct to consumer print marketing initiatives by partnering with the internal creative team on content and layout and an external mail house on printing and delivery.
  • Own performance analysis on package inserts, direct mail, and other direct to consumer print marketing initiatives.
  • Design and build automated CRM dashboards to drive awareness and familiarity of key metrics
  • Provide customer insights for regularly scheduled business reviews and as-needed requests.
  • Utilize customer insights to suggest targeted retention marketing and lifecycle programs and work cross-functionally to support execution for approved programs.
  • Develop competitive intelligence insights for direct to consumer initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer marketing, direct mail, Loyalty, or other related field.
  • Technical and systems savvy; Comfortable working in CRM tools and analytics environments (e.g. BI, Oracle, SAP, SPSS, SAS)
  • Advanced Excel and data modeling experience to glean insights/patterns from data sets
  • Strong interpersonal, partnership and management skills
  • Superb project management skills including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance in a quantitative field such as Marketing, Finance, Statistics or Economics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Customer Analytics, E-commerce/Mobile
  • Ability to write queries across large volumes of data and/or basic understanding of SQL concepts
  • Experience with SPSS
  • Hands-on, "get-it-done," results-driven mentality
  • Understanding of Internet-based consumer behavior and direct-marketing principles including AB test design and analytics
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes to drive progress
