Program Manager, Analytics (L6)

We are looking for a highly-motivated Program Manager of Analytics to develop the metrics we use to measure the health of our business and the way we leverage them to inform our priorities. The overall goal is to deliver new and actionable insights into the performance of the Client Services team.
This individual will be responsible for developing and executing analysis to help the Client Services team understand the opportunities for business growth and increased advertiser satisfaction. This role offers exciting challenges to design, execute and iterate entirely new methods to analyze our metrics and the opportunity to influence and drive a strategic and growing business area. A successful candidate excels at earning trust of partner teams, loves problem solving, obsesses over data, and has a track record of using data to influence successful business decisions. As an individual contributor, the person in this role will have autonomy but also be dependent on other teams and resources both for inputs and requirements and to execute against plan. While the role scope is US-based, this person will be expected to build an effective network across global CST teams and build scalable forums for best practice and knowledge sharing.Responsibilities
Retrieve and analyze complex data sets to provide insights on advertiser life cycle and our ability to deliver against Ease of Doing Business (EODB) and Return on Investment (ROI) goals. Analyze historical data to identify significant trends and drivers.
Develop a new mechanism in order to provide insights of business trends to the Client Services team for communicating the health of the business to internal stakeholders. Publish business metrics including standard and ad-hoc reporting. Propose/implement projects to improve these metrics.
Communicate the performance of the program and provide recommendations on areas of improvement including the development of existing or new metrics we need to manage the business.
Perform deep-dives to find the root causes behind variances of key parameters over a given time-period.
Own recommendations on resource planning for Client Services utilizing workload trends and operational weight metrics.
Support cross-functional teams on day-to-day execution and long-term expansion of the program.
