ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a driven, strategic, customer-centric and visionary Program Manager to lead cross-functional team efforts for Amazon Business by working closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities
· Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes within Customer Quote Operations and Planned Spend Program Management teams that execute strategies to win customer spend
· Report key insights and trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines
· Critically analyze business problems and develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity
· Participate in strategic customer engagements and periodic reviews with Amazon Leadership team


Basic Qualifications

Education and Experience:

· B.S. in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related field
· 3 years of relevant experience delivering complex analysis in professional environment
· Experience manipulating large datasets

Skills and Competencies:

· Good verbal/written communication & data presentation skills
· Someone with extraordinary business insight and discernment, intense curiosity, excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
· Strong bias toward data driven decision making
· A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects
· Someone who thrives in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
· Someone able to think big and be creative while paying careful attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

· MBA or Master's Degree
· Advanced working understanding of Excel, SQL, DW, ETL
· 4 years of experience in a B2B environment
· Business process improvement experience
· Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
