We are seeking a driven, strategic, customer-centric and visionary Program Manager to lead cross-functional team efforts for Amazon Business by working closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Finance teams. Responsibilities
· Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes within Customer Quote Operations and Planned Spend Program Management teams that execute strategies to win customer spend
· Report key insights and trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines
· Critically analyze business problems and develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity
· Participate in strategic customer engagements and periodic reviews with Amazon Leadership team
