KINDLE China is looking for a Sr. Business Planning Manager to lead all business planning and performance analytics to improve operational & process efficiency and effectiveness.
This position is expected to provide leadership, management and the vision necessary to ensure the whole business has the proper operational cadence, facilities, and tools in place to effectively grow and meet growth expectations across the business. The position will enable the aggressive growth of the KINDLE China business by helping to define OP1 and OP2, 3Yrs vision, operational and management cadence, breaking down barriers and implementing sales enablement initiatives.
In addition, he or she will be charge of managing the rhythm of the overall China business activities such as weekly & quarterly business reviews, annual planning cycles, sales productivity analysis, and other cadenced reporting and metrics to drive for sales productivity and customer engagement efficiency, reporting & delivering results.
The ideal candidate shall have strong leadership and solid working experience in doing business planning, financial planning. He/she needs to earn trust through performance and relationship building, has strong financial acumen and a deep analytic background to assist the KINDLE China leadership in meeting its objectives. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
. Lead the entire Kindle Device China business planning process includes OP1, OP2 and 3Yrs vision to enable aggressive growth of Kindle China business
. Lead overall Kindle Device China business review activities such as weekly & quarterly business reviews, sales productivity analysis, and other cadenced reporting and metrics to drive for sales productivity and customer engagement efficiency, reporting & delivering results.
· Manage the development of continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, own the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the market dynamics and performance of our products/services.
· Develop relationships and processes with demand & planning, sales, BD, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues.
· Prepare ad hoc analysis & lead the development of business case and solutions on projects as needed.
