Amazon Retail Analytics Premium, a global program, provides vendors with a rich data set regarding the performance of their products. The mission for ARA Premium is twofold: to make Amazon the best place on earth to find clear, helpful, and unbiased customer reviews on millions of products, and to make Amazon the most attractive site for vendors to launch new products, collect product feedback, gather data on their product's performance and drive consumer purchase decisions. We have only just scratched the surface in this space as it relates to this Big Data set, and are looking to grow the program by several orders of magnitude in the next year while continuing to aggressively expand our offerings to vendors.
The successful candidate will have an established background in developing customer-facing experiences, a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and the passion to achieve results in a fast paced environment. You must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. You should be innovative, have effective leadership and communication skills, and be team oriented. You must excel in navigating cross-functional efforts and be adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and features that our vendors and manufacturers love.
